Hello,

My name is Rev. Philip Chapman, M. Div. and I live in the Akron, OH area.  I am excited about the opportunity to support your church through one of my spiritual gifts which is preaching.  My style of preaching is expository, and I desire to be a surgeon of the Word, positively influencing the congregation through the text.  I was called to preach in 1999, and have been involved in ministry ever since, serving previously in various churches as a Lead, Associate, and Youth Pastor.  Since 2013, I have been serving in ministry as a Hospice Chaplain.

I would be happy to support your church in any way possible, whether it is covering for a Sunday while your pastor takes a well needed vacation or attends a conference for spiritual enrichment, whether you are without a pastor at the moment, and are looking for someone to fill in.  I would also be happy to hold revivals for you or to participate in a special event service for you.  Distance is not an issue, as I am willing to travel to neighboring states of my home territory in Ohio and beyond to serve your needs.  Please feel free to reach out to me by phone, text or email, and I would be happy to email you a link to previous audio sermons I have preached.  I look forward to coming and visiting you soon.
