I am looking to preach in churches on Sunday and Wednesday nights, primarily. I am available throughout the week as well. I am also available to sing special music as needed. My preferred area is Northeast and North Central Florida, Fernandina to Madison to Ocala, to Palm Coast.
I prefer to preach from NASB or NKJV, but if the church prefers KJV only I will use that version. Please let me know your church’s preference. It is my mission to proclaim the word of God as often as I can. Anything that hinders that I must remove as far as it is in my power. That is my reason for the translational latitude and why I present that upfront.
I am currently in the course Preaching Practicum. I want to develop my preaching skills to be more equipped and effective to the Glory of God. I am happily serving as a church pianist and helping my associate pastor of music in any way I can. God has also provided me the opportunity to serve with Binary Ministry (http://binaryministry.org), helping churches and pastors with church administration, information technology, and church music.
Brief Background:
Studied piano, voice, and composition at Jacksonville University from 1998-2002. I was called into the ministry in 2001 while serving as Minister of Music at Heckscher Drive Baptist Church in Jacksonville. Served as youth Pastor of First Baptist Haitian Church of Jacksonville in 2002. Ordained into the Gospel Ministry in 2005 at First Baptist Church Pine Prairie Louisiana (2005-2006). Served as Minister of Music at Community Church in Keystone Heights from 2006-2007. Pianist and Music Ministry/Information Technology assistant 2007-present. President of Binary Ministry from 2012-present.
